SILK SCREEN PRINTING 

 WHO IT'S FOR 

 

This method is preferred by some customers and can mitigate work and cost with larger orders. There are a few limitations to this process that make it ideal for bulk orders in which you know precisely how many items you will need and will not have need for any additional items. We also have to set up a new screen for each and every design you wish to print, which can get pricey when smaller orders get multiple designs.

 HOW IT WORKS 

 

We start with a traditional screen in an aluminum frame. We smother it in goop (emulsion) and then burn your image into that goop, creating a screen that will only let ink drop through the portion that is your design. We use both plastisol and water-based inks that drop through the screen and cure the garment in a big dryer and VOILA custom made, grade A, spectacular apparel.
